Castle Hill Inn Escapes

Spring may be approaching but there is still a lot of hum left in the drum. With the last weeks of Winter upon us (we hope), consider finishing the season with an escape to Castle Hill Inn. Our Winter Wonder package is designed to brighten your spirits during the darker sometimes drearier days. If that doesn’t fit the bill, we have other stay packages that will introduce first time guests to Castle Hill, and Newport, or set the tone for a return trip.

The Winter Wonder Package will expire St. Patrick’s Day weekend, so there is still a little time to indulge in its luxuriant embrace. Essentially, all Castle Hill stays are packages, since they include gourmet breakfast and afternoon tea. Even in the rush of summer, these treats are reserved solely for our houseguests, but it is in the cooler months that a hot, freshly prepared breakfast of lobster hash or our breakfast skillet can really transform your morning, and a quiet respite of fine tea and traditional tea snacks will deliver you softly from the afternoon and into the evening.

The evening brings more fine indulgences in the form of a 3-course dinner for two in the Dining Room at Castle Hill Inn, Newport’s premiere dining destination. For a late-night snack, savor your welcome amenity of select cheeses and a half-bottle of cabernet, that is if you haven’t already.

Additionally, since we assume you might want to see a bit of the rest of the town, we have included two passes to visit any of the Newport Mansions in this package, whether it be the magnificence of the Breakers or the elegance of the Elms.

If you can’t make it for the Winter Wonder package, you can choose one of the other packages that we offer year-round. When the heart calls, there is our Retreat to Romance package with champagne, flowers, chocolate covered strawberries and a pampering in our spa, the Retreat at Castle Hill by Farmaesthetics. You could also opt for the Wine and Dine package, which offers dinner at 22 Bowens, Newport’s premiere steak house, as well as dinner in the Dining Room at Castle Hill Inn, and a special wine amenity delivered to your room.
